Career
Growing up with her father performing kirtan in the house, Shivleela learned kirtan from the beginning and she started performing kirtans by the age of five. She continued performing kirtans and she had already performed in several rural and urban areas as she turned ten. She got more interested in performing kirtan as she pursued her college. With more than 20 years of practice, Shivleela has performed over 1,000 kirtans in different cities and states. In September 2021, Shivleela was invited as one of the contestants in the TV reality show Bigg Boss Marathi Season 3.

- After entering Bigg Boss Marathi Season 3, Shivleela faced backlash and trolling from the people on social media. According to people, she shouldn’t have participated in the show. A video from one of the episodes surfaced where Shivleela was seen talking to Meenal Shah, another contestant from the show. During this conversation, Shivleela talked about how she was having a hard time adjusting to the environment. After some time, Shivleela was seen hugging Meenal and crying.
- Before joining Bigg Boss, she was aware of the fact that the Bigg Boss house will be filled with fights and arguments, but she said that she’ll maintain her calm and change the perspective of people by staying the same.
- Shivleela was nominated for eviction on the basis of her lack of involvement in the household chores, and poor participation in the tasks. After this, she has decided to be more active in the house to maintain her position in the competition.
