She has a twin brother Ilan, who is also a child actor.

Iyal made her debut with the Tamil film Soorarai Pottru (2020) along with her brother.

In 2022, she appeared in the Tamil film Mission: Chapter 1 Achcham Enbadhu Illayae.

In 2023, she played a role in the Tamil film Thalapathy 67, which was later titled Leo.

In September 2023, Disney+ Hotstar announced a Tamil web series titled Parachute, starring Iyal.
