Bandgi Kalra (also spelt, Bandgee Kallra) was born on Friday, 14 February 1992 (age 32 Years; as of 2024) in Delhi, India. Her zodiac sign is Aquarius. Bandgi pursued her Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from CGC (Chandigarh Group of Colleges) Landran, Punjab from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, she started her career as a Software Engineer at Capgemini, Mumbai and after over 2 years, she became a senior analyst.

Reportedly, she briefly dated casting director Dennis Nagpal. While there were rumours about Bandhi cheating on Dennis with Puneesh Sharma, Bandgi stated that the couple broke up before she entered Bigg Boss Season 11. She also accused Dennis of waiting to “share” her with his friends. In response, Dennis said,

I am someone, who is possessive. I am not very possessive, but decently possessive, jitna ek boyfriend ko hona chahiye (like how a boyfriend should be). So saying things like I used to make her sleep with my friends is ridiculous. I used to get uncomfortable when someone used to touch her in a party. In 2017, she started dating her Bigg Boss co-contestant Puneesh Sharma. It started as a fake relationship, but they got together as a real couple. Career

Bandgi started her career as a software engineer. Her first job was when she was in college and she walked the ramp for a brand. In 2017, Bandgi participated in Bigg Boss Season 11 (Padosi Bajayenge Barah). She was evicted on Day 63 of the reality show. She became popular for forming a partnership with Puneesh Sharma and then dating him off-screen. In 2018, she and Puneesh appeared in the music video of the Meet Bros and Khushboo Grewal song, Love Me.

Bandgi Kalra then became a content creator focussing on fitness, travel, and beauty. As of April 2024, her Instagram has 1.1 million followers. She has won several awards for her fitness content.

Controversies

Issues On Bigg Boss

Bandgi and Puneesh Sharma got into controversial situations during their time on Bigg Boss. First, Bandgi was accused of cheating on her boyfriend Dennis Nagpal. During Bigg Boss, Dennis posted on social media that he was breaking up with Bandgi for getting too close to Puneesh, but Bandgi confirmed that she was not dating Dennis at the time. Dennis also mentioned in an interview that the couple had plans of marrying each other. Second, Puneesh and Bandgi were warned by Salman Khan for their “inappropriate” PDA (Public Display of Affection) on the show. He said,

Puneesh and Bandagi, both of you have to be very careful about how you want to portray yourselves on national television as your parents are also watching this show.” ^[3]News18

Attack On Bandgi And Her Dog

On February 2024, Bandgi shared on her Instagram account that she and TimTim (her pet dog) were attacked by an old lady while taking a walk. She said that the woman, who was around 60-65 years old, had beaten her pet with a slipper. She posted a YouTube video on the incident.
