  • Steffan was born with congenital nystagmus. In an interview, he said that he was totally blind at the time of birth. He said,

    When I was young, I was actually very blind. I couldn’t see a metre in front of me, but I hit my head and I actually got better sight.”

  • He used to play cricket when he was young, but he stopped playing after his vision started to worsen. He went through involuntary eye movement.
