Ravi Varma was born on Monday, 29 September 1975 (age 47 years; as of 2022) in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. His zodiac sign is Libra. He moved to Hyderabad with his parents when he was two years old. He completed his schooling in Hyderabad. He completed a Bachelor of Engineering at Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. He pursued a Masters’s in Computers in the United States of America. Film
Ravi debuted in the Telugu film industry with a hit film, Vennela, in which he played the character of Sayed released in 2005. In 2015, he was the main lead Karthik in the film Calling Bell.
He worked as a supporting actor in various films like Bommarillu (2006), Jalsa(2008), Terror (2016), Mithai (2019), The Ghost (2022), and Michael (2023). He appeared as Bobby in a Tamil film, Sathya, in 2017. He worked in two famous PAN Indian films, Ghazi (2017) his Hindi debut film, in which he appeared as Kamalakar Shinde, Battery Operator of the S21, and Saaho(2019) in which he played the character of Ajay.
Television
He worked in a Zee 5 series, Oru Oorla Oru Rajakumari, in which he appeared as Nesamani from 2018 to 2021. He appeared as a supporting actor in the web series SIN on the Telugu OTT channel Aha in 2020. He appeared as Nagendra on a famous Disney Hotstar Telugu show, 9 Hours, in 2022. He worked in the Sony Liv TV series Bad Trip released in March 2023.
