In 1992, he made his acting debut with the film ‘Senthamizh Paattu’ in which he played the role of Boopathy.

In 1995, he worked in several Tamil films including ‘Murai Maman,’ ‘Kattumarakaran,’ ‘Gandhi Pirantha Mann,’ and ‘Karuppu Nila.’ Some of the prominent Tamil films in which he played the role of a villain include Sethupathi IPS (1994), Mettukudi (1996), Priyamaanavale (2000), Vallarasu (2000), and Badri (2001).

Malayalam

In 1993, he debuted in the Malayalam film industry with the romantic thriller film ‘Gandharvam’ starring Mohanlal in which he appeared as Rajkumar.
