She spent her early childhood in Lahore. She has been athletic since childhood. As a kid, she learnt Karate for a while. However, back then, she was not much interested in martial arts. She competed in swimming during her school days. However, during those days, sports were not much encouraged in Lahore. She was motivated to pursue sports after moving to Karachi. Later, she moved to London, UK for higher studies. In 2017, she graduated from the University of the Arts London (UAL). Her father’s name is Faisal Farooq Khan, and her mother’s name is Samira Faisal Khan. She has a sister, Meral Faisal Khan. In an interview, she revealed that her family had a history of sports. Both her parents were athletes when they were young. Her sister was a track and field athlete.

Her grandfather was a Pakistan Air Force personnel. Her great-grandfather was a Pakistani field hockey player. He was a part of Pakistan’s squad that won gold in the 1984 Summer Olympics.
Career
In 2021, she became the first female to represent Pakistan in the IMMAF World Amateur Championships in the flyweight category (56.7 Kg). In 2022, she competed and won in the National Fighting Tournament (NFT) in the flyweight category.
She won a bronze medal at the 2022 IMMAF Asian Championships in Dushanbe City, Tajikistan.
She won a bronze medal in the flyweight category at the 2022 Asian Championships in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. She again became the National Flyweight Champion in 2023.
In the same year, she also won at the HUFC’s Super Fights by HUFC. She defeated her opponent Maham via rear naked choke (RNC).
She has been working as a fitness trainer since 2018. She holds certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Personal Trainer and from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as an MMA conditioning coach. On 12 February 2024, she became the Director of the female division Pakistan Mixed Martial Arts Federation.
