Daniel was born on 1 June 1987 in Chengalpattu Tk, Tamil Nadu. He is popular with his screen name ‘Roambo Sumar Munji Kumaru’ among his fans and he is called by the names Daniel or Danny by his near and dear ones.
He did his schooling from his hometown Tamil Nadu. He is graduate in Visual Communications from Loyola College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
In 2007, after the two years of intense training, he recorded his name in the Guinness World Records for longest theatre play for 72 hours without a break.
