Career
She started working as a voiceover artist when she was 14 years old. Initially, she worked for a local cable channel and eventually moved to a regional news channel. Later, she joined NDTV India. She has been working as a writer, producer, and anchor for NDTV India. She is famous for her plain style of journalism in the night bulletin show ‘City Centre.’

- When a reporter asked her what she dislikes about her job, she said
I don’t like about our profession is TRPs. While our channel does not take TRPs that seriously, the industry as a whole tends to measure success or failure in terms of ratings. That is why our industry avoids producing informative shows that require more intense engagement from viewers. Moreover, it has also forced many channels to move towards tabloid-style programming.”
- When asked in an interview about her favourite news assignments, she mentioned that she loved working on ‘Major incidents of Bollywood’ and ‘Cinema ke Sikander’ the most.
- Her dream is to work for the TV channels, Fox Traveller and TLC, which are based on lifestyle and travelling.
