Nitin Rawal has played for many teams including RS (Railway Sports Promotion Board), Bihar, Indian Railways, NR (Northern Railway), and ID (Income Tax, Delhi). He debuted in the fifth season of the Pro Kabaddi League and played for the Jaipur Pink Panthers team until the eighth season in 2020.
In 2022, he joined the Haryana Steelers in the ninth season of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL).
In 2023, Nitin Rawal was picked by the Bengal Warriors team for Rs. 30 lakhs in the tenth season of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL).
Medal
Nitin Rawal represented India at the 2022 Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China, where the team won gold by defeating Iran 33–29 in the finals.
