Navya Naveli Nanda joined Facebook Marketing Co. at Menlo Park in California, United States to pursue her internship in Product Marketing in May 2018. She completed the internship in September 2018. In December 2019, she founded a non-profit organisation named Project Naveli in which she started providing opportunities and resources including economic independence, mental and physical health resources, protection from domestic violence, and educational possibilities to the needful.

In the following year, she started another venture and a health and wellness organisation called Aara Health for women. This organisation was set up by her in partnership with 100+ healthcare experts and organisations such as Cleveland Clinic, which aims to facilitate information regarding menopause, mental health, fertility, and nutrition to its consumers. On 15 July 2022, she appeared in a television commercial of a branded hair-care range of L’Oreal Paris in which she was seen portraying a corporate woman talkng about self-worth. On one of her social media accounts, she uploaded the teaser of the commercial video following which she received numerous congratulatory messages for her screen debut.
