Learning by the action of people who must deal with them, Chinese leadership displays a propensity for destructive and inhumanly evil behavior. They apparently exist completely devoid of a concept of decency or an understanding that doing wrong will inevitably rebound on the perpetrator himself. They have been building their own punishment for a long time. I pity them.
