Unfortunately, being someone employed at Piramal Enterprises, I cannot say his philanthropy extends to his workers. The corporate staff at Piramal Pharma treats people like bugs. That may be acceptable in India’s caste system, but it doesn’t work for Americans. As a result, locals know of our sites horrible work situation and avoid working there.

Too bad he can’t share some of that philanthropy by hiring people at corporate who treat people who work for him with dignity and respect. Such a simple concept, yet so very elusive at the Piramal corporation.

The current corporate team tries to cajole people into allowing corporate to continue with their disrespect and abuses of individuals. It’s so very sad that no one holds the corporate team accountable, especially for their deceit and coverups of serious situations.
